Redeem It:

1. Click on the "Gift Center" button.
    

   Click on the "Your Unredeemed Gifts" or the "Gifts You Sent Yourself" bar.

   Complete the Redemption Process.

   • PARTNER:
     • If the Gift is provided by one of our Partners, you will receive redemption instructions to your registered email. The experience will have a hold date scheduled in the future, so you will be instructed to reschedule it for when you want.
   • MERCHANT:
     • Note: You can redeem one of our Gift Vouchers with a Merchant that is not already registered with us, as long as they are willing, otherwise, you can add them to the Wish List and we will let you know if they join.
     • If needed, contact us or the Registered Merchant at the phone number listed to coordinate redemption.
     • You may request a Date and Time (when applicable), and you may select a preferred Merchant if more than one is available, by clicking on the "REQUEST A DATE" link.
       • Return here to view the status of your request.
       • To view or modify your request, click on the "VIEW/MODIFY REQUESTED DATE" link.
     • When you are with the Merchant, click on the "REDEEM WITH MERCHANT" link and follow the instructions.
       • Have the Merchant scan the QR Code and tap on the link, or enter the URL into an Internet Borwser, with their own device.
       • If they are a Registered Merchant, they will simply need to click on the "COMPLETE REDEMPTION" link when they provide the product or service, if not, they just need to complete and submit the form.
       • Repeat these steps if you are using more than one Gift Voucher.

Use It:

1. Click on the "Gift Center" button.
    

   Look at the top of the page to see your Gift Voucher(s) Balance.

   If you have a positive Gift Voucher(s) Balance, search the Gifts for something you want and Add it to your Cart.

   • If you have enough available, you will see the "Use Your Gift Voucher(s)" payment option.
   • Click on the "PAY WITH MY VOUCHERS" link and confirm your choice.
   • You will receive an email with further instructions.

1. Click on the "Share Your Gratitude" button. 
2. Include a Gift (Optional)
   • If you want, you can include a gift.
     • Go to the Gift Center and find the right gift for the occasion.
       1. If you see it, click on the "Add to Cart" button.
          • Complete the purchase from your Cart.
       2. Or, if you see it, click on the "Add to Gifts" button.
          • This button will appear when the Gift Item is provided by one of our Partners.
          • After Adding it, you will see a link to "PURCHASE THIS ITEM" which will take you to our Partner's website to complete the purchase.
          • After completing the purchase, include the Gift with any Tribute.
       3. Select it when you send the Tribute.
3. Who Do You Want To Pay Tribute To?
   • If you have sent a Tribute before, you will have the option to select "A Previous Recipient".
   • If you haven't sent a Tribute before, or want to send one to someone new, enter the person's First and Last name.
4. What is Your Relationship?
   • Select the option that best matches the type of relationship you have with the person you are sending a Tribute.
5. How do we Contact Them?
   • If the recipient is someone you know personally, enter their email address.
     • They WILL be added to your Connections.
   • If the recipient isn't someone you know personally, enter their User Code (they can find it in their User Settings).
     • They WILL NOT be added to your Connections.
6. Purpose
   • Select the option that best matches the purpose of your Tribute.
7. What's the story behind this?
   • Share the story of why you are sending this person a Tribute.
8. Click on the "Send" button.

When you send someone a Tribute, all the people they have connected with get alerted so they can join in the celebration.
